(Gotta get my good camera fixed, but this was too funny not to post!)

Bryce and Jayda enjoyed a puppy-free weekend of agility last weekend at our first trial of the year – a CPE trial held indoors at our (heated) training building! Both of them did very well, Bryce qualifying in 8 out of 10 runs and Jayda qualifying in 3 out of 4, including matching 1st places in their respective Snooker classes. Jayda HATES Snooker, but she paid attention and was a very good girl. No new titles, but Bryce moved up to level 5 in two more classes and Jayda moved up to two more level 3 classes and actually up to level 4 in Colors!

Unfortunately neither managed to qualify in Jackpot so we’re still a little behind in that class.

Jayda was in quite a good mood all weekend and working well for me. She’s still a bit of a slowpoke, but she’s my very FAVORITE slowpoke ! I wish I’d entered her in more classes, but the trial opened before I’d made my appointment to spay her, so I only entered a few easy ones, not knowing if she’d be fully recovered by the trial.

My neighbors very graciously offered to watch the pup for me both days – along with their own 2 dogs, 5 cats and newborn baby boy! (Thanks again !!!) They said she was a quiet little angel – and I believe it, because as soon as I got her home and let her out of the crate she was WILD!!!
