– Clearing off the other half of my property (for which I’m paying through the nose in property taxes anyway)
– Bringing in dirt to level it
– Building a retaining wall
– Fencing it
– Stocking it with agility equipment so I HAVE SOMEPLACE TO TRAIN (without having to drive there)!!!

Would be a really expensive project though!
