It’s really weird and came out of nowhere – he ran in agility just a week ago, qualified, and was bouncing up and down like a fool (as usual) after each time he ran. Nothing unusual over the weekend either. They haven’t done any xrays yet – bloodwork came back with nothing unusual. However his thyroid was “a little low” – I don’t know exactly HOW low we’re talking about yet.

Had that with my Maggie when she was approaching 16 years old. The first time it turned out to be a silent pneumonia which responded to antibiotics. Did they do a chest Xray? . Later when it happened again the vet thought maybe mini-strokes. Our prayers are with you both.
